AKSHAR PROFILE CHAUKHAT FRAME: AP 6030

AKSHAR PROFILE (AP) CHAUKHAT FRAME is made out of solid foam PVC profile AP 6030. AP 6030 cut to required size and fixed to wall with zinc coated CSK screws with expanded type roll plugs in required quantity.

AKSHAR PROFILE PANEL DOOR SHUTTER

Providing 28 mm thick factory made solid foam PVC profile paneled door shutters manufactured by M/s. AKSHAR PROFILE and confirming as per IS:4020 made from AKSHAR PROFILE foam PVC profile AP 7114 (71 mm wide and 14 mm thick) with a fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin which is homogenous in character. AKSHAR PROFILE have excellent screw holding strength (>200 kgs. as per IS: 4020) and Shore hardness D of more than 70 and fire retardant grade I material.

Two AP 7114 profiles are joined together using solvent adhesive and miter cut joined for vertical top, bottom and lock rail. 3 mm thick high pressure compact laminate as infill panel in the grooves. M.S.Black colored square stiffner (20mmx20mm) is provided in vertical & horizontal stiles. Polymeric “L” corners are provided for better joinery strength. Special epoxy adhesive is applied for joining & sealing vertical & horizontal stiles to infill panel from both sides.

AKSHAR PROFILE decorative molding AP 1515 is adhered with solvent adhesive to impart elegant look. Vertical & horizontal stiles are fixed with sheet metal CSK screws from top & bottom at four corners for additional strength. Complete door shutters are fixed to the chaukhat frames as per direction of engineer-in-charge with 4 nos. SS hinges (100x25x25 mm). Provisions are made to fix mortise/cylindrical locks if required. Normal Aluminum anodized hardware (Handles, Aldrop, Tadi, Stoper) can be fixed to shutter.

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 60mm width & 30mm thickness and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of engineer-in -charge using 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws.

Providing and fixing 28 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 71mm width & 28mm thick as styles and rails.joints are made using solvent adhesive and GI 'C' sections (39mm x 19mm x 0.6mm thick) or M S pipe (40mm x 20mm) stiffener frame insert & telescopic polymeric 'L' corners. The panel shall be filled with 3mm thick high - pressure compact laminate as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge, cover moulding shall be provided for covering fixing screws and elegant look.(for W.C. and bathroom door shutter).
